- place the mouthguard in boiling water for a maximum of 20 seconds - then keep it under the cold tap for 1 second and then put it directly in your mouth - fit your upper teeth with fingers and tongue - then place the lower teeth in the bit and suck on the bit

This way the bit fits perfectly. If the bit is not immediately correct, you can repeat the above manual up to 2 times.
